Description

First United Methodist Church, Lufkin, Texas, seeks a full-time church organist/choirmaster who has a passion for helping people grow as disciples of Jesus Christ in the United Methodist tradition.  Skills and experience with both traditional and contemporary worship preferred, including piano/keyboard.  Sanctuary has a 43+ rank Casavant organ.  Includes groups such as chancel choir, handbells, praise band. Must be able to be a team member on a staff and work with a variety of groups and ages.
